During cold conditions you can use the other lens cover in the box that doesn’t have the glass on it 😊

You can ☺️ honestly I prefer to do that even with a pillion, it keeps the quality very good if you’re on a motorway for example, if they’re connected to each other normally I’ve found that there is static at 60+ mph

Hello, I'll have to look at the manual, tried looking into this online and didn't find any useful information. It shows some data but not all of it, I'm not sure if it's a BMW only thing either since they seem to have more features on BMW motorcycles. Will check the manual and update you once I have more information regarding that screen :)

@@ReevyMotovlogs Thanks! I've already tried 2 Purple Panda Lavalier Mics and they both have static noise when recording so I've had to send them back :( Hopefully some more ideas from your video :)

@@PhilSimspon which camera and adapter was you using mate? I’m going to be testing so many options, I also had a static problem with my Insta360 and it actually ended up being the camera itself that was the problem 😭

@@ReevyMotovlogs I tested it with a Laptop, a Desktop PC and a GoPro Hero 3+ (I'm a poor 🤣) and they all had static. The only time I didn't get static was when using it with my Phone and a TRRS to USB-C DAC that had, I think, built-in noise cancellation of some kind

It’s secure! 2500+ miles and going strong with no problems ☺️ it’s not the “perfect” fit for where I’ve mounted it but it’s very solid and not going anywhere. Alternatively you could mount it on the bars off to the side but my heated grip control is in the way 😅

@diogosantos-cq8ol yes, I did have it like that for a little bit but found that I had to look down at it rather than just a little glance when needed.

@@diogosantos-cq8ol also if you type in “Tracer 700 GPS mount” you can have it mounted nicely above the dash, you can get them very cheap on Amazon and eBay, there are givi versions but the cheaper ones are basically the same quality, just take a week or so to arrive.
